Our products are ordered daily, and directly from Eminence. We do not store large amounts of product, in large warehouses, for extended periods of time. Due to the organic nature of the ingredients we find it imperative to ensure you receive the absolute highest quality, and freshest product available to you, through us, from the source.

We Guarantee your product will be shipped as FAST as possible!!

If you are purchasing a product that is a top seller it may ship the same day as ordered. All other items will be processed within 5 business days of the order.

Eminence only sells through Licensed Estheticians’ and approved Spas. We receive specialized quarterly trainings and attend Regional Trainings annually. We are in contact with Eminence Headquarters on a daily basis. We must sell the products at a certain price and are not authorized to underbid the suggested retail price. This establishes trust that you are buying from a reputable source, not a third party buyer of potentially expired product.

We highly encourage you to request samples of any product you wish to try before purchase. You may make this request by email, using the contact us button along the top bar of the website. Please include your name, address and phone number so that we can follow up and see if you loved what you tried. We also encourage you to speak with or write to our Estheticians so that we can better enable you to make the most accurate and educated purchase possible. Please review all ingredients listed in the description of the product and feel free to call with any questions.

Our Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with a purchase please call our returns department to notify us of the incoming return. Follow by shipping unused portion with a copy of your receipt within 14 days of the original date of delivery and we will provide you with a full refund. Please provide a written explanation of desire to return so that we can send back to Eminence for review. If a return is received without a reasonable amount of product in container we will not accept the return or provide a refund. We will not re-ship the product back to the customer. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
