As the owner of Angel’s Touch, I have an understanding that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Business meetings, project deadlines, flight delays, car problems, snowstorms, and illness are just a few reasons why one might consider rescheduling an appointment. In desire to be effective and fair to all clients and out of consideration for your therapist’s time, Angel’s Touch has adopted the following policies. Exceptions will only be made for contagious illness, injury or family emergencies. If need be, please reschedule with integrity.

  • 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment during your timeslot. If you are unable to give 24 hour advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount will be charged to the credit card kept on file in our system.
  • In return, if your therapist cancels for any reason other than contagious illness, injury, or family emergency without providing you 24 hour notice, your next massage will be complimentary.

No Shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

Arrival Time

Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session”. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and arrive no more than 5-10 minutes prior to your session.
